Jenpharm MandelAC Double Action Cream 30g is an overnight exfoliating treatment designed to improve acne-prone, congested and uneven-looking skin. Its double-action formula combines gentle exfoliation with moisturising support to help renew the skin without leaving it unnecessarily dry.

The formula contains 10% mandelic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that removes accumulated dead skin cells from the surface. With regular and appropriate use, it can help improve rough texture, reduce surface congestion and make post-acne marks and uneven tone appear less noticeable.

Glycerin attracts moisture to the skin, while white soft paraffin helps reduce moisture loss and protects against excessive dryness. Its rich cream base is particularly suitable for acne-prone combination or dry skin but may feel heavy on very oily or congestion-prone skin.

How to Use:

Cleanse the face with a gentle cleanser and pat the skin completely dry. Apply a small amount in a thin layer to the affected areas or the entire face, according to your dermatologist’s instructions.

When introducing the product, begin with two or three nights per week or on alternate nights. Increase the frequency gradually only if the skin tolerates it well. Follow with a suitable moisturiser if required.

Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning because exfoliating acids can increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight.

Important Precautions:

For external use only. Perform a patch test before first use. Avoid the eye area, eyelids, lips, corners of the nose and broken or irritated skin. Mild temporary tingling may occur, but persistent burning, redness or excessive peeling indicates irritation.

Do not combine it in the same routine with retinol, strong vitamin C products, other exfoliating acids, scrubs or peeling treatments unless advised by a dermatologist. Pregnant or breastfeeding customers and people receiving medical acne treatment should consult a healthcare professional before use.

This cream is not intended for dark circles or the delicate under-eye area. Customers with very oily skin may prefer MandelAC Serum with an oil-free moisturiser.
